| As the assistant asset manager, Gail Ceniviva is responsible for managing DRG Pennbrook, a 454,000-square-foot office building in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Ms. Ceniviva will also be assisting in the preparation of operating reports and budgets.
Prior to joining DRG, Ms. Ceniviva managed the Wharf at Rivertown, an awarding-winning historical commercial property owned by the Buccini/Pollin Group. The 400,000-square-foot Wharf is the corporate headquarters for the Automotive Division of Wells Fargo Financial. Ms. Ceniviva also worked with Preferred Real Estate Investments as manager of Spring Mill Village, formerly known as Lee Park. The 600,000 square-foot office complex has more than 65 tenants, including the Department of Environmental Protection. |
